Adequate Stay downtown
smooth processhelpful stafffirm pillows
The check-in process went smoothly. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The food options at the restaurants provided variety and met my expectations.
The rugs in the hallways could use replacing as well. The pillows felt quite firm . They were not very comfortable.

mixed feelings about the stay
outdated roomnoticeable noise
the room seemed a little outdated and tired it needed some attention the bathroom had some visible wear and tear i found a couple of hairs there it wasn't what i expected for a hotel of this category also the noise from outside was noticeable especially late at night made it hard to sleep well a quieter room would have improved my experience
